【7】Forming and Heat-sealing: The lifting structure of the forming mold and heat-sealing mold adopts a servo independent lifting and self locking system. The aluminum alloy casting integrated heating plate has a more uniform heating temperature and a longer service life. The heating plates in both the forming and heat-sealing chambers adopt a heating tube embedded structure, facilitating subsequent maintenance and replacement.
【8】Cross Cutting knife：The cross cutting knife and punching knife are single-blade movable and adjustable independent punching systems. Controlled by PLC program,the cross cutting knife and punching knife can be set to open or close on the touch screen.
